Refund Policy

EXCHANGE AND REFUND

Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be UNUSED and in the SAME CONDITION that you received it. It must also be in the ORIGINAL PACKAGING.  We will require photographs or video of the damaged or defective items before the refund can be processed. Note: Our team will inspect/verify the photo(s)/Video before we issue out a replacement. 

We will be also asking you to send the following:

  • Full Name (First and Last Name)
  • Order number (you can find this on your email address together with your confirmation email). If you happen to order via Facebook Page, just present your Complete name and we will search it manually.
  • Items needed for the refund or exchange.
  • Reasons for refund. (change of mind is not applicable)

Please send all this information to support@naturific.ph and we will attend to your concern in 24-48 hours. 

If your request is approved, please send the items back via your chosen courier to 436 Morson St Morson Burol Main Dasmarinas City Cavite. Please ensure that all the information you have provided is correct before submitting the item/s back to us to prevent losses in the mail or other mishaps from happening. NATURIFIC will not be held liable for packages that are returning to the sender. 

After you have shipped our item, please send a scanned copy or photograph of the waybill to support@naturific.ph. Your return/exchange will be processed in 24-48 hours after receiving the items on our office. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email or text to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also ship the replacement without delay.  Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary. 

We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. 

Please take note that NATURIFIC reserves the right to refuse any replacement and refund if it does not meet the above criteria.

If your REFUND is approved, please send your Bank account details or where do you want your refund to be deposited. If you haven’t received a refund yet, please check your bank account again. It may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
